The Lax Kw’alaams Band would like to welcome Dwayne Sampson to the Band office, now in the role of Bylaw Officer.

Dwayne Sampson attended UNBC, where he completed three years of post secondary for Sm’algyax education. He has worked recently for the Friendship House in Prince Rupert, Quickload Logistics and at Skeena Taxi.

Dwayne grew up in Lax Kw’alaams, attending the local school until grade 10. He is married with three adult children.

Dwayne would like his role as bylaw officer to contribute to the overall safety of the community. He aims to work with residents in a positive and respectful manner. If anyone has any questions about the Band’s bylaws, he invites you to visit him at his office in the firehall.
