The Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (Y.E.S.S.) program assists all individuals between the ages of 15 and 30 gain the skills and work experience to navigate the labour market effectively. Y.E.S.S. is 6 weeks of skill building plus 6 weeks of work experience. This program will provide the necessary skills for work, learning & life. The 6-week online instructor led skill building sessions will help you develop skills to:
Strengthen their employability skills
Navigate through the labour market
Certificate training
One on one mentoring with a job coach
6 weeks of work experience with job coach support
