Security Personnel COVID-19 – Contract Position

The COVID-19 virus has resulted in restricted traffic to and from Prince Rupert and other access points.

To enforce that decision, and to keep our community safe, we are hiring Security Personnel to guard our community. This includes monitoring watercraft at Tuck Landing and the Harbour.

If you are interested in these positions please submit your resume by Tuesday, April 14th at 4:00. Kindly indicate whether you have any security training and whether you have a driver’s license.

Successful candidates must be willing to undergo a criminal records check. Minor infractions or infractions that occurred many years ago will not exclude you, and all records will be kept in strict confidence.

This is a contract position that will be approximately 40 hours a week for as long as the COVID-19 crisis lasts.
