The construction of the waste water treatment plant requires the area beside the old school field to be used temporarily for a large concrete plant.

The concrete plant will not use the old school field as a construction zone. However the area beside and around it will be in heavy use by equipment and operators.

The community is asked to please stay away from the area until the concrete plant work is done. The construction crews have temporary fencing up for the community’s safety, as the heavy equipment navigates the area. On days when there are concrete pours, the intersections of Legaic Street/Wallace Street and Munroe Street/RCMP building will be closed off.

The fencing will remain on site until Sports Day, when the crews will move some of the equipment out of the area to make as much room for the event as possible.
