Council has passed a resolution to amend the Lax Kw’alaams election code.

A summary of the 25 proposed amendments and a copy of the proposed Custom Code will be mailed to every member of the community who is at least 18 years old. Please click on the links below for electronic copies of these documents. Hard copies are available for pick up at the Band office.
