Bill 21, the Kitselas Treaty Act, is moving forward.

Over 90% of Nine Allied Tribes and Lax Kw’alaams territory would be affected by this treaty. Our leadership is working around the clock to ensure the province pauses this legislation to allow for proper and meaningful consultation to address fundamental territory and governance issues.
