Notice to Lax Kw’alaams Residents Re: Garbage and Recycle Days

Lax Kw’alaams residents please be advised of the Winter 2024 Garbage and Recycling Days.

The garbage pick-up days are every week on Monday and Thursday. Recycling days are on Wednesday. The deadline to have garbage and recycling on the curb is 8:00am.

Garbage and recycling bins need to be at the end of the driveway or close to the curb. For legal reasons, we will not go on your property. 

If elders cannot lift the garbage, please call to let us know and we will assist you. If help is needed with larger items, please call to let us know.

Please remember that we are doing the best we can and to be patient with our workers.
