New Lax Kw’alaams Newsletter available

A Winter 2019 edition of the Lax Kw’alaams Newsletter has been published and is available here.

This newsletter includes 13 stories on initiatives Mayor and Council have been working hard to achieve. For example, did you know over 100 new homes for members are under construction or will soon be built in the community and Prince Rupert? Or that a new emergency services building is being built by the recreation centre and is scheduled to open this summer?

Plus, you will find details on work completed through Lax Kw’alaams Business Development, such as upgrades to the Coast Tsimshian Fish Plant, the success of a new managing partner for Coast Tsimshian Resources, and more.

Hard copies of the Lax Kw’alaams Newsletter are available at the band office or the Lax Kw’alaams Business Development in Prince Rupert.
