New Ferry Ticket Procedures
Effective: As New Ticket Stock is Introduced

The Lax Kw’alaams Ferry Corporation is introducing new ticket stock and collection procedures.
When the following, updated ticket stock is introduced, the small, perforated portion of the ticket will no longer be removed at the time of sale. A full ticket will need to be presented to the on-board crew for payment. At this time the small, perforated section will be removed by staff to properly record transactions. The remainder of the ticket stub will be returned to customers as their receipt.
The new tickets are generally the same as before, with the exception of colour. Any tickets from old stock are still valid and will be initialed as before.
