This annual event sees fans and participants visit the traditional territory of the Nine Allied Tribes of Lax Kw’alaams for a week of sport and nation to nation athletic competition. Lax Kw’alaams Health and Education departments hosted a Career Fair on Wednesday March 4th at the Reginald Sampson Gymnasium. The event was a success, was well attended by the community and saw a variety of employers and educational institutions participate. View the photos on page 4!

WAAP Housing Society announced the 70-Unit Rental Housing Application process for the Prince Rupert housing project. View the notice and find the link to the application on page 15.

Fisheries has been busy this Eulachon (oolichan) season with a very active food fishery on the Skeena River. You’ll find a department update about the Skeena River Eulachon Fishery on pages 16-17, and biotoxin updates on page 18.
