We’re proud to share that our very own Lax Kw’alaams Fire Department has brought home 1st place at the 40th Annual BC Indigenous Firefighter Competition!

Your dedication, skill, and teamwork continue to inspire and protect our community. Well done on this incredible achievement, you’ve made Lax Kw’alaams proud!

We wish them all the best as they go to Calgary in October for Nationals!
