The Lax Kw’alaams Band is looking for a set-up, serve and clean-up crew for the dinner at the community meeting October 19^th, 2024 at the Rec Centre in Lax Kw’alaams.

Friday, October 18^th Set up Gym:
•Set up at 6PM

Saturday, October 19^th
•Pick-up Catering Order at Tuck Inlet at 3:30 PM – will require 2 or more people (Band Work Truck provided, must have valid drivers license)
•Set up catering at 4:30 PM
•Serve Dinner at 6:00 PM
•Clean up at 7:00PM
