NOTICE FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION

SECOND DOSE ONLY

February 09th, 2021

This notice is to provide an update on second dose vaccinations for Lax kw’alaams residents and essential workers living in the community. This round of vaccinations will be only for those persons who have received their first vaccination.

We are expecting the vaccination to arrive on Friday, February 12th. Depending on the arrival time it is hoped that vaccinations can begin on the same day and continue through the weekend.

Eligible residents will be contacted by Health staff to schedule their appointment.

The location will be shared in a follow-up notice

Vaccinations will be administered on a strict timeline so it is important to attend at your scheduled time.

A second notice will be posted when a confirmed vaccination schedule has been determined.
