You may still have time to complete an existing Claim as a Representative.

If you are the Representative for someone who submitted a Claim before January 13, 2023, and passed away or became unable to manage their personal affairs between January 1 and June 27, 2025, you may still be able to finish their Claim.

Notify the Claims Administrator of their death or incapacity in writing by March 9, 2026.

After you send written notice, you can submit required documents and missing information.

This is not a new Claim process. It only applies to Claims submitted on or before January 13, 2023.
