The Lax Kw’alaams Recreation department is seeking bids for 3 available contracts in the Reginald Sampson Gymnasium, Fitness Room, and Elders Lodge.

Reginald Sampson Gymnasium
The bid includes:

• Start in the month of August
• Replacement of the plywood panels
• Install/stain the new wood panels

Fitness Room
The bid includes:

• Drywall repairs
• Wall extension
• Flooring installation

Elders Lodge
The bid includes:

• Drywall repairs
• Window repairs
• Range hood connection
• Shelving installation

The successful contractor(s) must be familiar with the BC Building Code, and must provide their own tools.
