The Lax Kw’alaams Lands, Resources, and Stewardship Department is looking to connect with knowledge holders and land users for areas around the Zymoetz River Valley and Terrace Airport.
Interview and Community Meeting Dates: October 6-10, 2025
Community Meetings: Open to the whole community to learn about the study, identify important areas, key resources and concerns, and to ask questions.
Community Meeting Locations:
Oct 6 @ 10 AM – Lax Kw’alaams (Elders Lodge) with lunch to follow
Oct 7 @ 5 PM – Prince Rupert (Lax Kw’alaams Community Hall 824 3rd Ave W, Prince Rupert) Dinner to start at 5 PM, meeting to follow
Food & refreshments will be provided, and attendees will be eligible for door prizes!
